Privacy Policy

The controller of personal data is Launch'it, a French sole trader (SIREN 107 208 795), reachable at contact@launch-it.app.

Launch'it collects the following data:

• Account data: email address, display name, password (stored in hashed form).
• Organisation data: teams, roles, launcher configurations.
• Billing data: customer identifier and subscription information managed by Stripe. No bank card data is stored by the publisher.
• Launcher telemetry data: collected only with consent and can be disabled (opt-out).
• Technical data: connection and usage logs necessary for security and the proper operation of the service.

Data is processed in order to:

• provide and manage the service (performance of the contract);
• manage billing and comply with accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation);
• ensure security and improve the service (legitimate interest);
• measure usage via telemetry (consent).

Data is accessible to the publisher and to its processors, acting on instruction and under appropriate safeguards:

• Stripe, for payment processing;
• MerryHost (registered French association), for hosting the Platform and the data;
• Brevo, a French (European Union) email delivery provider, for transactional emails.

Data is neither sold nor transferred for commercial purposes.

Some processors, notably Stripe, may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Conversely, email delivery is entrusted to Brevo, a French provider whose data is hosted within the European Union.

Account data is kept for as long as the account is active, then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time after closure. Billing data is kept for the period required by legal accounting and tax obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited time for security purposes.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

• right of access, rectification and erasure;
• right to data portability;
• right to object and to restrict processing;
• right to withdraw your consent at any time, in particular for telemetry.

A tool to export your data is available in your account area. To exercise your rights, contact contact@launch-it.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), www.cnil.fr.

The publisher implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against any unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. As the service is in Alpha, the User is advised not to store sensitive or critical data on it.
