Fourth wave of updates, and this one changes the face of Launch'it: the site finally opens up to the public with a real homepage, you can explore paid features before pulling out your credit card, and your dashboard becomes an actual control center. Let's break it all down.
A real storefront for Launch'it
Until now, landing on Launch'it dropped you straight onto the login page. That's over: the site now has a complete public homepage, bilingual FR/EN, that presents the project the way it deserves:
- A clear overview of the features, backed by screenshots
- Pricing displayed live, always in sync with the actual plans (no risk of the storefront drifting from reality)
- An FAQ answering the most common questions
- A screenshot gallery of the launcher, clickable in fullscreen to see every detail
- And an animated starfield background with a parallax effect, because we like it when things look nice ✨
Already logged in? No worries: you're automatically redirected to your dashboard.
Discover modules before subscribing
This was a frequent request: "how do I know what a module does if I can't access it?"
From now on, modules reserved for higher plans are visible in discovery mode: you can explore their interface and configuration through a demo launcher, without paying anything. You know exactly what you're getting before upgrading; no more bad surprises, no more blind bets.
A dashboard that finally earns its name
The post-login homepage has been entirely rewritten. On the menu:
- Your pending team invitations, to accept or decline right from the dashboard
- At-a-glance statistics: number of teams, launchers, active installs and unread notifications
- A grid of your launchers with logo, team, status (draft or published) and individual stats
- Your recent notifications, directly accessible
- And if you've just arrived, a 3-step onboarding flow guides you: create your team, your launcher, then configure it
No more empty homepage; you know where you stand the moment you log in.
Also worth mentioning
- Each plan can now display a description and highlighted selling points on the pricing page
- Behind-the-scenes improvements to installer signing, for a more reliable distribution
- All the public homepage content is manageable from the admin panel, without touching any code
That's it for now
This update marks an important milestone: Launch'it is no longer just a tool, it's a product that owns it and shows it. As always, your feedback and ideas directly shape what comes next; keep sending them our way!
See you soon,
~ Sky
